The staff were nice during my stay.

The room I was given was infested with bed bugs. There were electrical sockets hanging out of the walls, which felt unsafe. The sheets were not clean and had holes, making me worry about hygiene. I also noticed a strong smell of pot smoke everywhere, making it hard to relax.

It was just a nice choice for a brief stop-in in Jackson with excellent value for money. The staff were really friendly and helped me with a last-minute request for a late check-out. Don’t expect too much, but if you're just passing through, it works.

Consider checking the AC unit for noise issues, as it may impact your comfort during the stay.

the room i was given was horrendous, with mold in the a/c unit and an overwhelming air freshener smell that made me think they were covering something up. and can we talk about the broken toilet seat? as someone who expected a little pampering, i almost left a good review, but just couldn’t bring myself to do it after that experience.

during my stay at the hotel, i found the staff incredibly helpful, especially mrs j at the front desk. the deluxe suite i booked had a lovely spa bath that exceeded my expectations. overall, my experience was much better than my last visit in jackson.

I had a decent stay with a spacious room and nice hardwood floors, but I was really troubled by a loud AC and a roach in the nightstand. Wouldn't choose to return.

It was just a well-suited match for a speedy visit in Jackson with outstanding value for money. The front desk staff provided good service and were friendly when I checked in. Bring your own cleaning supplies as the room could use a little extra attention before settling in.
